His approach is based on combining the most advanced management tools, together with nearly 30-year experience at an international level, guiding businesses, institutions, and individuals to define and pursue their objectives in the most effective way.
Starting at the end of the 20th Century, he has participated in projects in many countries,like Spain, France, Germany, Italy, UK, Belgium, Poland, Lithuania, Morocco, UAE, USA, Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic, or Argentina. He is used to working in diverse and multicultural environments.

I hold a Degree in International Economics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and a Certificate of Business Excellence (COBE) from the University of California at Berkeley. I'm a certified Gallup Strengths Coach. I'm teaching at Eada Business School Barcelona in the Department of Strategy, Leadership, and People. 9 months transformation program
The 9-month program aims to achieve a better position in the market through a complex shift in some parts of their structure or organization. Engaging in a project of several months gives you the opportunity to have the guidance of a team of experts who will develop a plan for you, including the milestones, KPIs to be accomplished, and results to be achieved.
It starts with an initial kickoff strategy session (virtual or in your company), in which we develop a targeted action plan for you based on your goals. Plus: Every two weeks for nine months, we'll have a scheduled hour-long call.
